• You need a Wix Studio workspace to use it, and a Wix Studio plan to publish on your own domain. Neither is included.
• Demo photos and sample text are placeholders. Are both there to show the layout working, neither is included. You’ll swap both for your own.
• Not exclusive. Other businesses may use the same template, so make it yours with your own words and images.
• Your download link is personal to your order. It stays active for 30 days, so save the file as soon as you get it. If it expires, email me your order number and I'll resend it.
• Digital product, delivered instantly. See the licence and refund terms below.
• Privacy and cookies. Your site needs its own privacy policy and cookie banner. They aren't included.

By purchasing a template from nadiaOrangestudio, you’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under the following terms.

Permitted

• Use the template for one website that you personally own and operate
• Change the layout, colours, fonts, text and images freely
• Add your own pages and sections
• Keep the finished site live indefinitely, with no ongoing fees to nadiaOrangestudio

Prohibited

• Reselling, redistributing, sharing or sublicensing the template, its files, or its download link — modified or not — to any third party
• Using the template, or anything built from it, for more than one website
• Using it for client work, each client project needs its own licence, purchased separately in the client’s name
• Submitting the finished site to any template marketplace, or presenting the unedited template as your own original design

This still applies once you’ve customised it. Changing the colours, text, images or layout doesn’t create a new licence, a customised version is still the template, and these terms still apply to it.
