Who we are
nadiaOrangestudio is a web design studio run by Nadia Pompilio. We design custom Wix Studio websites for women solopreneurs and women-led businesses.
Throughout this policy, “we” and “our” means nadiaOrangestudio. “You” means anyone visiting this website or using our services.
What we collect and why
When you contact us or book a service
When you fill in a contact form, complete a pre-work form, or book a VIP Spark Sprint, you share information with us directly, typically your name, email address, business details, and anything you include in your message.
We use this to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you’ve booked, and communicate with you throughout the project. We don’t use it for anything else.
When you visit the website
When you browse nadiaorangestudio.com, some information is collected automatically through the tools described below — things like which pages you visited, how long you stayed, what kind of device you’re using, and roughly where you’re browsing from (country or city level, not your exact address).
We use this to understand how people use the site so we can keep improving it.
Payment information
If you book a service and make a payment, this is processed securely through Wix Payments. We never see or store your full card details — that’s handled entirely by Wix and their PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
The tools we use
We want to be transparent about every tool running on this site that touches your data.
Wix
This website is built and hosted on Wix.com. Wix handles our hosting, booking system, contact forms, and payment processing. Your data may be stored on Wix’s secure servers.
Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site, which pages get visited, how people navigate, and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated (we can’t identify you personally from it) and helps us make the site better.
Google Analytics uses cookies to work. Data may be processed on servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how this site appears in Google Search results — things like which search terms lead people here, and whether there are any technical issues. Search Console doesn’t collect data about individual visitors; it only gives us aggregated search performance information.
Limy AI
We use Limy AI to understand how AI-powered platforms (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini) refer visitors to this website. The Limy pixel tracks sessions and page visits originating from AI search tools, and monitors how AI bots crawl the site.
Limy AI is built as a privacy-first tool, it doesn’t collect personally identifiable information. Data is aggregated and used only to understand our site’s visibility in AI search.

How we store and protect your information
Website data is stored on Wix’s secure servers
Payment information is handled by Wix Payments, we never store your card details
Project files and content you share with us for a sprint are stored securely and deleted after project completion (within 6 months of closing, unless we’re legally required to keep them longer)
We do not sell, rent, or pass your personal data to third parties for their own marketing
International data transfers
Some tools we use (particularly Google Analytics and Limy AI) process data on servers outside the EU. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards:

Your rights
If you’re based in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR. Wherever you’re based, we’ll always try to be helpful.

We may email you to confirm a booking, deliver project information, follow up after a sprint, or respond to your enquiry. If you’ve contacted us or worked with us, we may occasionally send relevant updates about our services.
You can unsubscribe from any non-essential emails at any time, just reply and let us know.
We will never pass your email address to third parties for marketing.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. We recommend checking back occasionally, especially if you’re a regular client.

I only collect what I need to reply to you, work with you, or send you what you've asked for. I never sell your data.
Your privacy matters
Everything you share with me, through this website, by email or during a project, is treated as confidential and only used for the reasons set out below.
nadiaOrangestudio is run by Nadia Pompilio, a self-employed web designer based in Portugal. For anything about your data, write to hello@nadiaorangestudio.com.
What I collect

When you contact me: your name, email and whatever you write in your message.

When we work together: the content, files and access you share for your project, and your billing details.

When you buy something: your name, email, billing address and order details. Card payments go straight to Wix Payments, and I never see your full card details.

When you join the newsletter or download a freebie: your email, and your name if you give it.

When you browse the site: pages visited, device and approximate location, through cookies, but only the ones you accept.
Why I use it

To reply to you and prepare proposals.

To deliver your project, service or order, and send the emails that go with it, such as your download, setup tips and reminders.

To send the newsletter, if you've signed up. Subscribers may also get a welcome discount and occasional offers.

To understand how the site is used and measure my ads.

To keep invoices, as the law requires.
In data protection terms, I use your data because it's needed for our agreement, because you've given consent (newsletter, cookies, testimonials), or because the law requires it (invoices).
Tools I use
These services process data for me: Wix (website, forms, shop, emails, payments and Wix Analytics), Sender (newsletter), Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag (to measure visits from those platforms and my ads). Some of them may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards EU law requires.
How long I keep it
In short: only for as long as I need it for the reasons in this policy, unless the law asks me to keep it longer.
Some records, such as invoices, have to be kept for several years for tax and accounting reasons. When I no longer need your information, I delete it or make it anonymous. If that isn't possible straight away, for example because it's in a backup, I store it securely and don't use it until it can be deleted.
Want to change or delete your data?
You can ask me to change or delete your data at any time. Just email hello@nadiaorangestudio.com. This doesn't affect anything done with your data before you asked.
